Laser Job Marking, Engraving & Cutting Service from Integrity Laser, Inc.

We keep growing as demand for our service keeps rising.

Back in 2012, this 220 square feet was our entire workspace.
Not even the size of a 2 car garage.

Today here's our facility.

In 2015 we moved into our new 6500 square foot facility which seemed so big back then. Today we're making plans for our next expansion.

Below are a few examples of what our laser job shop service can do for you.

Be is just 1 or 2 parts, or tens of thousands of pieces or more, Team Integrity is here for you. We have more than 20 laser systems, including flatbed (plotter-style) lasers and galvo-steered lasers. We have 2 wavelengths of systems — CO2 (10.6µm) and Yb fiber & Nd:YVO4 Vanadate (1.06µm).

At Integrity Laser, Inc. no laser job is too small or too large. We typically laser etch around 300,000 pieces in a given year. Some of those jobs are a single item and others of those jobs envolve tens of thousands pieces.

Our numerous CO2 lasers are commonly used for glass etching, and each of those lasers is configured with a rotary axis that permits us to laser etch, engrave or mark competely around the circumference of items such as glass drinkware or stainless-steel tumblers and bottles. In addition to laser etching around the circumference, we are typically able to laser etch top-to-bottom (nearly a full bleed artwork) on drinkware.

Our CO2 lasers are also used to laser engrave wood cutting boards, cork coasters, photographics on marble and absolute black granite, as well as being able to laser cut wood, acrylic, delrin, paper, cardstock, rubber and a variety of other materials.

We also laser mark a lot of metal parts using ouf CO2 lasers coupled with a laser marking compound such as CerMark, TherMark or LBT Laserbond 100, Even though we own multiple fiber lasers and vanadate laser technology, often times its better to laser mark using a material like CerMark instead of using a fiber laser to avoide corrosion or the laser mark fading over time.

At Integrity Laser, Inc., in addition to all of our CO2 lasers (both flatbed and galvo steered), we also own a number of what have been traditionally called "YAG" lasers—which are  our glavanometer steered and flatbed plotter style Yb Fiber and Nd:YVO4 lasers.

Using our Yb fiber laser systems we laser engrave and etch into metals like carbon steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, molybdenum, tungsten, tantalum, gold, silver, platinum, lead and various metal alloys.

Our vanadate laser (Nd:YVO4) has very high peak energy and a narrow pulse-width, which makes it a fantastic laser to laser mark many machineable and thermoplastics such as Acatel (Delrin), ABS, polycarbonate, PEEK, Ultem, and its also a quite nice laser to engrave very small characters (down to around 0.005" tall), as well as to anneal (black mark) many metals with a mark that resists corrosion.

The smallest job we've run on our fiber lasers was a single piece, and the largest single job we did was for 70,000 medical devices, each serialized with a unique code for traceability.

Whether your job is small or large, if you do not want to tie up your cash or capital in the purchase of a laser system, give us a call. Team Integrity is here to serve you.

And here's one more example of what Team Integrity can do for you. There have been many times in the past where an individual or business has asked us to laser mark, etch, engrave or cut product for them until the day came that it made sense for them to invest capital into the purchase of a laser system.

Having Integrity Laser mark, etch or cut their product for the first year or two, kept those people and businesses from foolisly financing or leasing a laser system (at criminally high startup interest rates), or from having to put a second on their home, or cash in their life savings—just to see if they had a product or business that would take off in the future or not. Do you realize how many people loose a lot of money leasing a laser hoping their business will take off? Be leary of salespeople who say "have I got a show deal for you!" because they are not the ones who are going to have to make the payments. You are.

Typically after we have laser marked or cut parts for an individual or business, one or two years later they come to us ready to buy a laser. At that point we work with them to choose a laser that will work, and we hand over all the tooling and fixturing, artfiles and material settings that we've developed for them. That way they hit the ground running with the shortest learing curve possible.
