With over 30 state-of-the-art lasers in our shop, we offer capabilities and capacity that most laser engraving providers can't match.
Flatbed Lasers:
Flatbed lasers at Integrity Laser provide precise cutting and engraving solutions for a wide range of materials. Our flatbed CO2 lasers are ideal for engraving wood cutting boards, cork coasters, and photographs on marble, slate, and granite. Additionally, they can laser cut materials such as wood, acrylic, delrin, paper, cardstock, and rubber. Flatbed Yb Fiber and Nd:YVO4 lasers, traditionally known as "YAG" lasers, offer accurate marking and engraving on various metals and plastics, making them suitable for numerous industries and applications.
Galvo-Steered Lasers:
Galvo-steered lasers at Integrity Laser offer high-speed marking and engraving capabilities for various materials. Our galvo-steered CO2 lasers are perfect for etching glass and metal tumblers, including full-bleed artwork and circumferential engraving on drinkware. Our Yb Fiber and Nd:YVO4 galvo-steered lasers excel in marking metals like carbon steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and more, as well as machineable and thermoplastics like Acetal, ABS, and polycarbonate.
CO2 Lasers:
CO2 lasers at Integrity Laser are versatile tools for cutting, engraving, and marking various materials. Common applications include glass etching, metal tumbler engraving, and laser cutting of wood, acrylic, and other materials. CO2 lasers can also be used with laser marking compounds like CerMark or LBT Laserbond to mark metal parts without corrosion or fading.
Yb Fiber Lasers:
Yb fiber lasers at Integrity Laser provide high-quality engraving and etching on a wide range of metals. Capable of marking carbon steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and other metals, Yb fiber lasers are ideal for applications requiring high precision and durability. With jobs ranging from single pieces to large-scale projects like 70,000 medical devices, our Yb fiber lasers offer reliable and efficient marking solutions.
Nd:YVO4 Vanadate Lasers:
Nd:YVO4 vanadate lasers at Integrity Laser deliver exceptional precision and peak energy, making them perfect for marking machineable and thermoplastics like Acetal, ABS, polycarbonate, PEEK, and Ultem. They can also anneal metals with corrosion-resistant marks and engrave very small characters (down to around 0.005" tall). The versatility of our vanadate lasers ensures top-notch results across diverse applications and industries.
